Caring About the Community Cats of Camden, NJ
Head Start Animal Rescue is a 501(c)3 NJ nonprofit organization. HSAR was founded by a Head Start teacher in 2024 to help the lives of community cats residing in the Camden City section of New Jersey. Since our incorporation, we have spread our efforts through South Jersey and into Philadelphia. In addition to rescuing community cats, we also provide pet owners with access to low-cost veterinary care.
